Discovery Centre, Ubobo
A camping, functions, and accommodation facility, offering a friendly welcome to all – individuals, families, work stays, and groups.
The Centre is run by volunteers who are passionate about the valley, love to share a story or two, and take pride in the service they offer. Your stay will allow you to enjoy a relaxed get-a-way and be uplifted knowing you are making a positive impact on local people’s lives and contributing to the next chapter of the Boyne Valley story.
CAMPING
Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city at our pet friendly campsite. There is 2 ha of flat, shaded, or open sites for unpowered camping. However, as it is a rest and recreation reserve, there is only a limited number of powered campsites that will be prioritised to those with a medical certificate. Any available sited will be assigned as they become available.

ACCOMMODATION
We offer a range of accommodation styles to suit your needs and budget. All share an immaculately clean ablutions block, a meet and greet pavilion, common eating area, camp kitchen and community room with TV and book exchange. All are wheelchair accessible. Laundry and drying facilities are available for hire on request. Mobile phone access is available but for Telstra customers only. WiFi FREE.

CATERING
DIY OR LET US DO IT FOR YOU!
Looking to restock your freezer, cook up a storm for your camping friends, feed your workforce, or laze back and let somebody else cook for you? Give us a call.
You can self-cater. We can cater for you or organise your own third-party catering team who are most welcome to use our kitchen.
Our fully equipped commercial kitchen has a six-burner gas/electric stove, dish washer, refrigerator, bain marie, serving trays, cooking utensils and the list goes on.
A cold room is also available for hire.

With two quaint little churches, our own local Marriage Celebrant -Kim Lester, community hall with modern kitchen and Follywood Guest House B&B across the road, Ubobo has what you are looking for without busting the budget.
